Blind from birth, Duncan travels around the country playing the piano as a way to share the Good News of Jesus Christ through his wonderful music. Duncan Holmes’ music warms the heart and nourishes the soul. Through his music, he speaks of life as he lives it every day — a life inclusive of joy, sorrow, frustration, occasional boredom and heaven-sent surprises. He will have you laughing, crying, and most of all, thinking and inspired.
Admission is free, and a love offering for Duncan will be collected.

Come out to Star Theatre to see a production of Steel Magnolias!
Set in the early 1980’s, “Steel Magnolias” takes place in Truvy’s small-town Louisiana beauty salon where all the ladies who are “anybody” come to have their hair done and catch up on the latest gossip. This stage and film classic brings us some of our favorite characters – Ouiser, Clairee, Annelle, M’Lynn and her daughter Shelby who suffers with Type 1 diabetes and risks everything to have her own child. Clever, poignant and hilarious dialogue evolve into a deeply moving conclusion.
Doors open 45 minutes prior to performance. Concessions available for purchase.
